Now what could you do with $ 42,000 ? Hmm?



That would have taken us out of the problem we have virtually overnight, For those who are behind on Their Mortgage ? It could possibly pay it off or at the least take a Huge Chunk out of it See? The banks would get their Money?



Those behind on their Car payments ? It could be paid off or better yet Buy I new car, That also helps out the Banks and the Auto Industry I mean Really, Come on. The Auto retailers would empty their Showrooms overnight and order for new cars in the factory's would be stacked.



The Retail Business would profit as hordes of people would Flock to Walmart Buying things, That would help the economy , No ne can say it wouldn't.



The Health care Industry ? well people who couldn't at First afford it, Can Now afford it at least for a while, That would help the health care industry.



Homeless ? Those who are Homeless and US Citizens would be getting it too, Do you think they would be Homeless after that ? NO

Passing a second stimulus would be like shooting yourself in the foot twice.
1, the 2nd ones being talked about was completely fabricated and is a lie. I wont point fingers but the media knew about it and not tim geihtner so that says something.
Over 100 billion of hte first stimulus has already been spent, but you are right that the majority of the money will be spent in 2010. When the economy recovers or shows signs of heating up, they will stop suggesting stimulus, or if evidence shows that demand is normal again.
