Republicans are trying to burn down the government but they know teachers won't teach their children unless they compromise. This is why Obama went to Wisconsin. To send a message to the republicans who lied their way into office: Keep essential jobs funded! Obama cares more deeply than any other president. He is involved with Nuclear nations down to racist cops arresting professors. Its refreshing to see a leader get into the mud of State politics and let them know who is boss. The tea party will not hijack this country, and they will be stifled and voted out.Should Obama step up funding teachers and essential workers before the whole country is up in flames?
He already has the Federal Reserve printing up as much money as he can. Thats why the price of everything is going up
It might be nice if the federal government would step up funding for teachers; however, most federal funding goes to impact aid for schools that continue to fail to provide an adequate education.



My school receives less than $200 per student yearly from the federal government. The local impact school received over $5000 per student. Our average ACT score is ten points higher. While we stand in the upper third in the state in standard test scores, they are in the bottom ten schools in the state. More money does not mean much if it is only welfare.Should Obama step up funding teachers and essential workers before the whole country is up in flames?

Secondly, what happens in our economy today will impact deeply your opportunity to thrive and realize your greatest dreams for yourself. Your generation will pay for the inability of political leaders today, to make the tough choices. As with all lessons in life, every time you put off something you must do, when it returns, it becomes more complicated. This problem is enormous now and you, a college student, of all people should demand that we live within our means so you don't have to live with less.



I value these essential public servants, but the majority of Americans resent is that public servants that have no competition in the marketplace, think they can muscle taxpayers. EVEN FDR AGREED THAT ESSENTIAL PUBLIC SERVANTS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO UNIONIZE. FDR!!!
