The Obama administration is a Marxist bunch. They hate capitalism and private ownership of business and land. They will not stop until the USA is a communist country like the old USSR. They will destroy the US economy to open us up for a dictatorship of communists.
If Bush did these things, the liberals would be screeching and screaming.

Socialists want the government to "own" all companies but the American people would be against that so they have to be villianized.How comes the Obama administration always accuses companies of wrong doing?
Pretty funny stuff:
"all accidents as a criminal investigation" ?? Which ones apart from the BP oil spill and how exactly is this being treated? I don't see the BP honchos being arrested..
"Look at Goldman Sachs and the British Petroleum. The smart thing for these companies to do is go out of business and cash in their assets and take the 5th Amendment or refuse to answer questions so they cannot be charged with a crime. They could sell everything and fire all the employees and than just live off the money"
Here's a news flash: It's not a Mr Goldman and a Mr Sachs that own the company, there are thousands of shareholders and partners - if they declare bankruptcy they can't "cash in their assets" - they would belong to their creditors.
If they WERE charged with a crime taking the 5th would not prevent any prosecution, in fact it would make them look more guilty.
Same applies to BP, they are a huge company with millions of shareholders all over the world and make massive profits, BILLIONS every year.
You think it would be the "smart thing" for them to avoid criminal prosecution, you mean you would like them to avoid paying for any crimes they committed? That BP could just skate away from cleaning up the Gulf oil mess?

Because capitalism tends to be corrupt. Many people got fed up with George Bush kissing the butts of big corporations. While big oil was screwing us at the pump and making record profits, George gave them a $2 Billion tax break and after he left office, they contributed $100 million towards the building of his library.How comes the Obama administration always accuses companies of wrong doing?
BP created a MASSIVE oil spill in an already declining natural environment. I mean, their MAIN obligation is to insure a MAJOR oil spill does NOT occur. In return, we let them drill.
When giving money back to the banks (yes, banks are businesses as well) to help the economy, many banks chose to keep the money, and not give any back to the people.
Health insurance companies, along with credit card companies, cause MANY Americans to go deeper into debt by creating stupidly high interest rates.
Many companies, especially for technical help and customer service, will give those jobs to people in other nations, where they can pay less.
I believe in the Free Market, I also believe in Regulation;
I believe just as with everything else in life..
There needs to be a balance.
It was really a criminal case: fraudulent trading. The source of the disaster was from the credit market, especially CDO and CSO which was created by Goldman.
