I saw something on CNN (you know the uber liberal channel) and they were actually saying that it did not matter if the new judge was a liberal, since Souter sided with the liberals most of the time anyway, and yet the Supreme Court is still considered quite conservative.
Obama is not nearly the leftist you appear to think he is. actually, the judge that is going out was a bit of a moderate himself. just because right-leaning sources say people are far to the left, that doesn't make it so.
I think that the judge Obama appoints will be very liberal.
He is going to get a Judge who leans so far to the Left, they will need a little prop with wheels on it to keep from falling over when they walk.



The Judge will be very young so they can be on the Court a long time. The Judge will probably be Black and will probably be female. The Judge will probably have not paid his or her taxes.
