Good question and immigrantion laws specifically state that once you declare fealty to another state other than the U.S., your U.S. citizenship is no longer valid. If this is in fact the case, Obama isn't even a legitimate candidate for Presidency and even his ability to maintain a place in the Senate would not be allowed by law.

Number 1 When you apply for any goverment job such be senetor, president etc. you have to present birth documents social security number. If you bothered to research this question before asking it you would know that already. 2. Obama is not a citizen of Kenya hes father was from Kenya and his mother was a Caucasian woman. 3. If a presidentail canidate was born on a US military base outside the US he would have dual citizenship, but this is not the case. Obama then moved to Indonesia are you going to claim next that is where he was born?
Let's suppose that Schwarzenegger had his way, and somehow managed to persuade lawmakers to change the law about presidential candidates having to be born on American soil; and now suppose that he becomes a presidential candidate after this law has been changed. No its not. The Federal Elections Committee reviews the qualifications of all potential candidates, the general public is not provided birth certificates. But beyond that, he has produced his birth certificate from Hawaii.
