How will Obama get Gaddafi without ground troops?

I know Obama keeps saying no ground troops but how do they expect to get Gaddafi without ground troops? Will Obama get around it by using mercenaries like Blackwater/XE? Will the al qaeda rebels that Obama is supporting be able to get Gaddafi out?How will Obama get Gaddafi without ground troops?

Special forces have been on the ground coordinating the laser guided munitions to their targets for a month. 4000 Marines from Camp Lejeune are already there as well. The Al-Qaeda rebels from Benghazi are being led west into a trap around Tripoli. The hammer drops there on both Ghadaffi and Al-qaeda. The idea is to partition Libya, leaving the oil rich east for us to gobble up and protect for "humanitarian" reasons.How will Obama get Gaddafi without ground troops?
Maybe them rebels are advancing there gonna string Gaddafi up he's going to die hard unless we get him then he'll get checked over 3 meals a day trial and then strung up either way Gaddafi is going to chit his pants when that rope breaks his neck
