If the Democrats lose in NJ, VA, and NY, what excuse will Obama make? Clearly he won't take responsibilities and see it as a referendum on his failed socialist policies. Will he claim racism was the reason behind it?What excuse will Obama make for the Democrats losing the 3 major elections today?
virginians already said their vote has nothing to do with Obama. In fact, the majority of Virginians support him.

I doubt that New Jersey or New York is much different.

UM, the only real upset would be in NJ, and Corzine wasn't the most popular governor before President Obama was elected. Virginia is historically Red and the NY-23 seat has been held by a Republican since the Civil War. He won't blame anyone. He'll try to appear humble and try to brush over it so as not to bring to much attention to the whole issue.



Where it's going to matter is Congress. Will they notice what has happened and see that their jobs (political careers) are seriously on the line. This may (hopefully) save us from Obama's "changes".
Virginia was never even a hope. Virginia is a Republican state, has been for a long time. And the District 23 election in upper NY is the same, a very Republican area.
