Why do Republicans continue to blame Obama for situations brought on by the Bush administration?

Why do republicans continue to blame obama for situations brought on by the Bush administration?Bush brought this country to its knees with the collasp of the economy , which is on the road to recovery by Obama. Yet they say we Dem's blame Bush for everything, which we know he and his terrorist partner Cheney are responsible for everything. Why do Republicans continue to blame Obama for situations brought on by the Bush administration?
I am a Republican and EVERYTHING for which I blame 0bama, 0bama himself has done!
You are posing a question by which the answer is dependent upon the political allegiance of the answerer. Facts will always be meaningless in political debates. You may think that Bush or Obama is to blame but the true answer will never be realized because it requires an enormous amount of analyzing. Even if someone could present a methodical, logical explanation it would never be accepted by both parties. Republicans blame Democrats, Democrats blame Republicans. This is how it is and how it always will be. Sad, pathetic, but very true. Why do Republicans continue to blame Obama for situations brought on by the Bush administration?
Some do... for the same reason some Democrats still blame Bush for things.

People can be ignorant

Truth is, the President has little domestic power. Bush is not responsible for the war (congress had to vote for that) or for the terrorist attacks (if you are a conspiracy theorist I can't help you). The economic issues began with Clinton and got worse with Bush thanks to misktakes made by the congress, in part when they were majority Republican and in part when they were majority Democrat.

Basically, crazy people will continue to blame Bush and Obama for a lot of things because they just don't understand politics and economics and the underlying causes and trends.
The Washington Post babbled again about Obama inheriting a huge deficit from Bush. Amazingly enough, a lot of people swallow this nonsense. So once more, a short civics lesson . . . .

Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress, and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democratic Party. They controlled the budget process for FY 2008 and FY 2009, as well as FY 2010 and FY 2011. In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, and that caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases.

For FY 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the FY 2009 budgets.

And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete FY 2009. Let's remember what the deficits looked like during that period: (below)

If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the FY 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets. If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.

In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is . . . ''I inherited a deficit that I voted for, and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th.''Why do Republicans continue to blame Obama for situations brought on by the Bush administration?
I feel that blame President Obama because they have to blame someone and now that he is the President that feel Bush is out of the picture. For eight years the people eyes were closed to how the country was being ran down. Now that President Obama is trying to correct what Bush did not achive in eight years the country wants a quick fix. The people that continue to complain, need to let President do this job, and its doing to take more time to get the country out of the mess.
What Bush policy caused the collapse of the economy? The financial/mortgage crisis was a liberal invention. The oil price spike...not his causation. Please, do tell...

0bama inherited a mess that he made far worse, prolonging the misery. His open hostility toward employers is appalling. This is the most anemic recovery in the history of America as a result.
Guess what, good buddy? Since Jan 2009, Obama has been president, not President Bush. And, just in case you haven;t noticed, about all Obama has done was to blame Bush.

I might add, the American people are looking for our president to come up with solutions, not point fingers.

It all comes down to this" paybacks are a *****.
Are you aware of the fake truth we are living?
Check this out and be patient, by the time you are done, you will discover the truth the government is hiding from us, and the secrets of the shaddow governments, the valican...etc.

My guess would be that it brings out wild, undocumented accusations from the far left, which can be entertaining and funny at times.

If I see any examples, I'll be sure and make fun of them, just so you know which ones they are.
No no no.... you can't blame Bush for anything... ever... that's just irresponsible.

You can only blame Obama for all past, present, and future problems. That is the ONLY correct course of action - at least according to rightists.
I know! And don't let the fact that it was Democrat policies that caused it or that it only happened after Democrats gained the majority in congress stop you!

It's Bush's fault! Just like the fall of the Roman empire!
Republican mantra "Never blame another Republican for what they have done, always find a convenient Democrat sucker to blame it on".
Why do Democrats blame a GOP for stopping bills for the past 2 years when Democrats had a super majority? Interesting questions!
EVERYTHING that has gone wrong in this country in the last two years has been at the hands of Barack Obama and his democratic lackeys.
Whoever takes over the white house.. it is their baby.. Obama wanted the job., he knew the problems, he said he and only he could fix them.. so get at it and stop the whining!
Listen to what you are saying and ask yourself if you are any better.
Lol is this a comic question ? and it's the other way around ^^
