Why do republicans continue to blame obama for situations brought on by the Bush administration?Bush brought this country to its knees with the collasp of the economy , which is on the road to recovery by Obama. Yet they say we Dem's blame Bush for everything, which we know he and his terrorist partner Cheney are responsible for everything.Why do Republicans continue to blame Obama for situations brought on by the Bush administration?
Nothing more than trying to gain political talking points. You aren't the only one who has noticed this. Republicans are the worst losers I've ever seen. They obviously can't get over the fact that a half black man beat out their old guy in 2008.
perhaps you should look deeper than the shallow depths to which you are accustomed. Obama is bad for the country. His economic policies will cripple new jobs, the elimination of the Bush tax cuts with the initiation of new taxes will send us into a spiral that we will not recover from any time soon. Also the new fees, and penalties for providing for yourself insurance will further hinder recovery. Most of the economic stimulus policy spending has gone to purchase private institutions that where a large cornerstone of our economy, Granting the Government control of these financial institutions to the govt. will insure there demise as successful industry giants, curtailing compensation for good leadership will drive competent leadership elsewhere.

As for the defense of our country he is incompetent, waffling on afghanistan, initiating policies in the field that are getting our boys killed. As well as dismantling our defenses in europe without letting our allies who rely on them know first weakens us as well as makes our allies nervous. As if that is not enough having our enemies tour our missile silos and inspect our nukes seems the height of stupidity.

These and many other matters make him not only the most incompetent leader we have ever had. It also makes him probably the biggest enemy of this country we have ever faced.Why do Republicans continue to blame Obama for situations brought on by the Bush administration?
There is plenty of blame to go around for the current economic situation. The basic problem was the community investment act passed during Carter's administration and enforced by Janet Reno during Clinton's tour of duty. To his credit, Bush did try to regulate the Government Sponsored Enterprises like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac because he realized they were taking a lot of bad loans. However, the Democrats, Barney Frank and Chris Dodd managed to get that stopped. Bush's SEC people were very lax in dealing with the Wall Street Houses that were packaging that crap and selling it to pension funds and the like. They also failed to monitor the high ratings those pieces of garbage were being given by the Wall St. Rating agencies. Remember that we had a democratic congress from 2006 and they kept pressing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to take more crappy loans.
It is the goal of the GOP to do everything in it's power to see that the Obama administration fails. They did not want to win the 2008 presidential elections as they (Republicans) knew it was going to take a lot of money and unpopular decisions to bring America out of the mess 8 years of Bush and Cheney had created. They wanted the Democrats to be blamed for the difficult return to true American standards. The GOP's goal is to do everything they can do destroy the Democratic Senates reputation and ability to perform so in 2010 they can gain more senate seats. The following two years they will do what ever they can to destroy Obama's chances of success so in 2012 they can get another Republican in office. I have no problem with another Republican taking the White House as long as he/she can get America back on track. I do not like what the Republicans are doing to our country however. We all need to get on board and help America regain its. favorable world reputation, restore our economy and quality of life. The constant fighting and derogatory dialog of the Republicans is doing nothing but deepening the problems 8 years of Bush and Cheney left us with.Why do Republicans continue to blame Obama for situations brought on by the Bush administration?
Bush didnt screw up the economy, the economy was well on its way to failure when Bush took over. It started way back with Jimmy Carter when he put his policies in place they worked for the time but it is now haunting us, although bush didnt do much to fix it neither has Obama. Everyone pointing the blame on the current presidents probably knows nothing about politics, economics or the way the country works, recessions are inevitable anyway, we are always going to live in an up and down society.
Why is it that Democrats continued to blame Bush for the problems that Bill Clinton failed to acknowledge during his term? Also we are are in this financial crisis because of the peoples irresponsibility. Bush did not do this to us, we did it to ourselves. The people who bought houses and cars that they could not afford, the people who rely on the government to take care of them and then complain about their lives, the people who wanted to go to war and then turned their backs and now decide against it.

I am through playing the blame game. One man cannot change this world, just as one man could not destroy it. I am an independant because of stupid controversies such as this.
Bush has not done a damn thing in like over a year you guys just say it is his fault also Bush did not destroy our economy because he never touched it because we are supposed to stay out of it government should stay out of business and honestly handing out billions did not even help that much the economy just does this it goes into recessions and we can not thank a president for getting us out and blame one for getting us in to it and I really hate ignorant comments about Bush and Obama being terrorists you look ignorant saying that on both sides about either one





p.s. Democrats DO blame Bush for everything honestly and they never talk about the congress that was around in that eight years it is almost like they didn't exist because they in no way got us here but Bush did
the collapse of the economy? obama is the one focusing on social health care instead of trying to create jobs (health care will take more jobs away than it will create b/c it puts doctors out of business, and makes people stop studying medicine since there is no more money in being a doctor)



and the economy is barely on the road to recovery... unemployment is still at a record high... and u do blame bush for everything, look at all 8 years he was in office. and his terrorist partner? really? cuz last time i checked obama cut defense spending in half, which could have brought upon the recent SERIOUS terrorist threat which occurred on christmas, and which opened the window to even more terroristic oppurtunities in the future... get ur facts straight there bud.
